Following Diljit Dosanjh’s recent social media post from the Border 2 set, reports surfaced claiming that the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) had lifted its ban on the film’s production after a request from producer Bhushan Kumar. While FWICE allowed Border 2 to proceed, it maintained its non-cooperation stance with Diljit for future projects, fueling speculation about the actor’s professional standing.

Amidst this controversy, rumours also circulated that T-Series had decided to sever ties with Diljit Dosanjh for upcoming ventures, reportedly assuring FWICE of this decision. However, these claims were promptly dismissed by sources close to the production company, emphasizing that no such decision has been made.
A Mumbai Mirror insider clarified, “These reports are completely baseless. T-Series has always maintained a strong and respectful working relationship with Diljit and looks forward to collaborating with him on future projects.” This statement effectively put the rumours to rest, underscoring the ongoing professional partnership between the actor and the production house.
