Shah Rukh Khan recently got injured while filming an intense action scene for his upcoming movie King in Mumbai. The incident caused concern on set, but sources close to the production have said that the injury isn’t serious, though he has been advised to rest for a month. It’s believed to be a muscular injury, and Shah Rukh has flown to the US for medical treatment.
Because of this, the film’s shooting schedule for July and August has been put on hold. The team now plans to resume filming sometime after September, depending on Shah Rukh’s recovery. Until then, he’s been told to focus on healing and return to the set only when fully fit, with proper care.
While there hasn’t been any official confirmation from his team, his manager Pooja Dadlani’s recent Instagram Story suggests she’s currently in New York, hinting at Shah Rukh’s presence there for treatment. Fans can rest assured that he’s recovering well and taking the necessary steps to get back to work soon.
