Prakash Raj Dismisses Exit Rumours from ‘Spirit’
Recent speculation claimed that actor Prakash Raj had quit Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s much-awaited film Spirit due to creative differences. These rumours spread quickly on social media and worried fans. The film stars Prabhas in the lead role and remains one of the most anticipated projects in Indian cinema. However, Prakash Raj has now directly addressed the reports and called them baseless.
‘These Are Nonsense Speculations’: Prakash Raj
In an exclusive interaction, Prakash Raj firmly denied any disagreement with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He rejected claims of an on-set argument and said, “Some nonsense speculations these are. I am not aware of it.” He also confirmed that he continues to work on the project. His statement has reassured fans and ended fears of another major casting change.

Spirit’s Casting Changes and Growing Buzz
Earlier, Spirit saw a major casting shift when the makers replaced Deepika Padukone with Triptii Dimri as the female lead. Despite this change, the film continues to generate strong interest. The team released the sound story in October last year and featured Prakash Raj’s voiceover. The first-look poster, unveiled in December, received a strong response across social media platforms.
Prabhas–Vanga Collaboration Raises Expectations
Spirit marks the first collaboration between Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga and has created massive buzz. The makers promise high production values and a powerful storyline. Apart from Prabhas and Prakash Raj, Vivek Oberoi also plays a key role. With rumours now cleared, the team has shifted focus to completing the shoot and delivering a film that meets audience expectations.
