A massive fire broke out in the 67-storey Marina Pinnacle Tower, also known as Tiger Tower, located in Dubai Marina late Friday night, as confirmed by the Dubai Media Office (DMO) via PTI. The blaze triggered a large-scale emergency response, leading to the safe evacuation of all 3,820 residents from 764 apartments. The fire erupted suddenly, sending thick plumes of smoke into the night sky and prompting swift action from civil defence teams.

Dubai Civil Defence personnel worked tirelessly for nearly six hours to extinguish the blaze, as reported by Khaleej Times. In a statement posted on X at 1:44 am Saturday, the DMO confirmed that specialised emergency units had safely evacuated all residents, with health and safety being the top priority. An additional update at 2:09 am noted that medical teams were on-site, providing both physical and mental health support to those displaced by the fire.

Authorities also coordinated with the building’s developer to arrange temporary housing for the affected residents, ensuring continued support during the aftermath. By 2:21 am, the DMO confirmed that no injuries had been reported and that all residents were safely accounted for. Efforts to fully secure and assess the building continued through the early hours of the morning.
