He urged Europe to cut Russian oil imports, stressing lower prices could weaken Putin’s war. Starmer echoed this, urging tougher energy and defense measures.
Starmer said Putin’s latest assaults show he isn’t seeking peace, citing mass killings and NATO airspace violations as proof of Russia’s aggressive stance.
