In a heartfelt Instagram post featuring photos and videos from both the hospital and gym, actor Aayush Sharma opened up about his recent health struggles. He revealed that a minor pain, which began during a stunt for his film Ruslaan, was initially ignored. “Life has its way of slowing you down to make sure you listen,” he wrote, reflecting on how he, like many others, chose to push through rather than address the warning signs. As filming progressed, the discomfort worsened, ultimately affecting his ability to perform basic movements, including dancing, stretching, and action sequences. “What I thought was temporary turned out to be far more serious,” he admitted.

Sharma disclosed that he underwent two back-to-back surgeries to address the issue and is now officially on the road to recovery. Emphasizing the importance of internal health, he urged fans not to ignore the subtle signs their bodies give them. “Good health isn’t just about having a six-pack. It’s about what’s happening inside,” he said. “Don’t ignore the whispers your body sends you. Act early. Heal properly.” He expressed deep gratitude to his doctors, producer Sajid Qureshi, and director Kiran Korrapati for their unwavering support throughout the challenging weeks of healing.
The actor also thanked his wife Arpita Khan Sharma and their children, Ahil and Ayat, for providing strength and emotional support. Sharing a particularly moving moment, Aayush recalled his son calling him “Wolverine,” saying, “Papa, you heal fast… I need my Wolverine back.” Closing on a note of determination and optimism, he promised his fans a strong comeback: “I’m coming back stronger. For you. For me. For all of it.”
